Please note that consultations are by appointmen​t only.​

We provide consultation services for patients, such as:

  • Clinica​l review to patients for their medical or surgical conditions​​

  • Treatment procedures to diagnose and treat patient’s medical condition 

  • Short to long term follow up for patients needing different types of treatments 

  • Minor surgical procedures

  • Discipline-based outpatient procedures

  • Patient education and counselling to enhance patient understanding, self-management and treatment compliance

  • Specialty care for patients with specific needs (provided by nurse specialists)​​

View, change or cancel your existing appointment

You may change or cancel your appointments directly online on HealthHub or using the NHG Cares app​. Please prepare your Singpass account to log in.

What to bring?

Please bring along the following items: 
​
  • ​Personal documents such as your Singapore NRIC or Passport​ and Employment Pass / Work Permit / Dependent Pass.
    ​
  • Referral letter from polyclinic / general practitioners (GPs) / other healthcare institutions / private doctors
    ​
  • Medical Benefits Identification Document (e.g. Civil Service Card, Medical Benefit Identification Memo)​
    ​
  • ​​​​​​Letter of Guarantee (LOG) where applicable

  • ​List of current medication and balance quantity, if any

  • ​X-ray and investigation records (within the last 6 months, if any)


Registration on appointment day

​​​On the day of your appointment, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. 

Registration can be done via HealthHub or NHG Cares app or at a Patient Service Station located at each level of our Medical Centre.

How to make payment?

After your appointment, you may make payment at any Patient Service Station on our Campus or via HealthHub or NHG Cares app.
