Outpatient Procedure Centre (OPC)
Please bring along the following items:
Personal documents such as your Singapore NRIC or Passport and Employment Pass / Work Permit / Dependenr Pass.
Referral letter from polyclinic / other healthcare institutions / private doctor
Medical Benefits Identification Document (e.g. Civil Service Card, Medical Benefit Identification Memo
List of current medication and balance quantity, if any
X-ray and investigation records (within the last 6 months, if any)
On the day of your appointment, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time.Registration can be done via
HealthHub or at any of our Patient Services Stations located at each level of our Medical Centre.

After your appointment, you may make payment via
HealthHub or at any of our Patient Services Stations located in our Campus.For more information on our charges and the various payment modes available, please refer to our
Charges & Payments page.
After your appointment, you may opt for your medication to be delivered to a smart locker or your home address. Alternatively, you may visit our
Pharmacy located at Level 1. You may also request for Medication Refill via
HealthHub or at any of our Patient Services Stations located in our Campus.
