Who is eligible for home delivery services?

WH​ prescriptions that do not contain:

• ​​Medications that are required within the same/next day (e.g. antibiotics)
• Controlled drugs

Self-collect at the Pharmacy for medications that are required within the same/next day (e.g. antibiotics) and controlled drugs.

How do I place an order?

Choose: Woodlands Health > Refill my prescription
Step 1: Choose medicine/quantity, delivery or collection method/date/time on the webpage
Step 2: Receive a confirmation email
Step 3: Receive the medications on the scheduled date/time at the delivery address


Delivery Timings

Choose your preferred delivery date and time. Please submit your order no later than 1 week prior to your delivery date, and ensure someone (aged 18 years old and above) is around to physically receive the medications.

​Eve of major Public Holidays (Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas, New Year, Lunar New Year)​	​9.00am to 6.00pm

There will be no deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays. ​

Payment

View your bill through NHG Cares app and make payment via one of the following ways:

• NHG Cares app
• AXS machine
• SAM web/mobile
• Internet payment
• Patient Services Stations at Woodlands Health Campus

Collect from Lockers (MedCollect)​

Convenient medication collection at multiple neighbourhood locker sites and lockers located within the hospital campus.

​Self-collect at POPstations/Pick! Lockers located at various designated locations in Singapore

Who is eligible for POPstation/Pick! Lockers services?

WH prescriptions that do not contain:

• Medications that are required within the same/next day (e.g. antibiotics)

​ How do I place an order?

Step 1: Select Woodlands Health > Refill my prescription
Step 2: Select medication/quantity, delivery or collection method/date/time on the webpage
Step 3: You will receive a confirmation SMS with PIN code
Step 4: Collect your medication at your preferred community locker location within a) 72 hours for POPstation and b) 48 hours for Pick! Locker of receiving the SMS notification with PIN​ code

On-site Locker S​ervice

• ​This service is free.
  
  
• Collection is available 24/7 - you can pick up the parcel anytime.
  
  
• Locker is located at B1 beside 7-Eleven, opposite Medical Centre Pharmacy.
  
  
• Medication will be placed in the locker for 48 hours after you receive the SMS notification with PIN code.
  
  
• Uncollected parcels will be returned to the pharmacy.
