Health Screenings for Residents
The HEALTH Check will be a half-day session (8.30am to 12.30pm) held at various locations in the community. Residents will be informed of their results within two weeks and depending on their results, they will be referred to a partnered General Practitioner (GP) with the consultation fee covered by the programme.
Residents may also be referred to our Community Health Team for continual clinical monitoring and lifestyle counselling.
Health screening tests include:
- Body Mass Index
- Blood Cholesterol Test
- Blood Glucose Test
- Blood Pressure Test
- Lifestyle counselling
