About Healthy​ Weight Management​​​​

Healthy weight management involves a combination of lifestyle changes, such as healthy eating habits, regular exercise and behaviour modifications. In some cases where an individual has very high BMI, medication or surgery may be required to manage obesity. Being overweight or obese can increase the risk of developing several health conditions such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke. ​

By reaching and maintaining a healthy​ weight, residents can reduce risk of developing obesity related health problems, improve their sleep and increase their self-confidence.​​​

Weight Management Program​mes​​

​W​eight management programmes caters​ to each residents’ health conditions and preferences. These programmes could be differentiated by period of programme, cost, intensity and whether it addresses any existing chronic conditions. Following the end of the various weight management programme, our health coaches will follow up with participants and continue to partner with them through this journey. 

FitterLife​

A 12-week* weight management programme that allows participants to manage their weight via changing lifestyle habits, healthy eating and exercise. 

This is suitable for residents without Chronic Condition and a BMI of 23 and more.
