Our centre's Patient Service Associates are available to help you with the following services:

Billing and financial enquiries
We can help you with any enquiries related to your hospital bill. Additionally, you have the option to make payments using our self-service kiosks or settle your bills conveniently online.

Admission services (During Your Stay)
We can assist with your ongoing ward admission matters, including ward upgrades or downgrades.

Post-admission services
We can assist you with your post-admission matters, such as requesting medical reports, which can be conveniently requested and paid for online.
