Our Patient Services Centre is a one-stop service centre that connects you to the healthcare services in Woodlands Health.

Located at Tower B, Basement 1.

Our centre​​'s Patient Service Associates are available to help you with the following services:

  • Billing and financial enquiries

    We can help you with any enquiries related to your hospital bill. Additionally, you have the option to make payments using our Patient Services Stations​ or settle your bills conveniently online.

  • Admission services (During Your Stay)

    We can assist with your ongoing ward admission matters, including ward upgrades or downgrades.

  • Post-admission services

    We can assist you with your post-admission matters, such as requesting medical reports, which can be conveniently requested and paid for online.

  • ​Other services upon request

    We are here to assist you. If you have any special needs, please don't hesitate to approach us.
