As part of AIC’s Pre-Planning Campaign, this exhibition aims to raise awareness about Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) and Advance Care Planning (ACP) and the importance of these pre-planning conversations.
Members of the public can learn more about ACP and LPA through Woodlands Health’s exhibition, and be encouraged to do their ACP/ LPA with their trusted loved ones. You can also think and reflect on what matters most to you by penning down your thoughts on writing cards at our exhibition.
