As our Primary Care Partners, y​ou are an essential and integral part of Woodlands Health Community of Care (CoC) network. With our range of pre-hospital’s initiatives and hospital programmes, we are your care partners for your patients and the community to deliver “Better Health. With You”.​​

For Specialist Outpatient Clinic (SOC) Referrals​

Woodlands Health (WH) is set to open progressively from December 2023 with the following special​ties​ accepting limited GP referrals:



​There are limited laboratory and radiology services during the progressive opening of Woodlands Health Campus. Patients might be directed to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) for these services. The Campus will be fully opened in May 2024, at which point our full suite of specialties and services will be ready and available.
