Other locations: interim results are batched and collected via porters.For blood transfusion related tests during NGEMR and/or ECM downtime:BTS test requests must be accompanied by 'Blood Transfusion Service request form'.One Step request forms may be used intraoperatively. Request forms for Type and screen must contain both collecting and counter-checking personnel's signatures.Type and screen labels require the collector's signature.BTS personnel to inform the requesting location to place an order for confirmatory grouping, if required.
