Who is eligible for home delivery services?
Our prescriptions that
do not contain:
- Medications that are required within the same/next day (e.g. antibiotics)
- Controlled drugs
Self-collect at the Pharmacy for medications that are required within the same/next day (e.g. antibiotics) and controlled drugs.

Choose: Woodlands Health > Refill my prescription
Step 1: Choose medicine/quantity, delivery or collection method/date/time on the webpage
Step 2: Receive a confirmation email
Step 3: Receive the medications on the scheduled date/time at the delivery address
Delivery Timings
Choose your preferred delivery date and time. Please submit your order no later than 1 week prior to your delivery date, and ensure someone (aged 18 years old and above) is around to physically receive the medications.

There will be no deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Payment View your bill through NHG Cares app and make payment via one of the following ways:
- NHG Cares app
- AXS machine
- SAM web/mobile
- Internet payment
- Patient Services Stations at Woodlands Health Campus
