About Us​


Audiologists are healthcare professionals who are involved in the assessment and management of hearing and balance disorders.

In addition, we collaborate closely with the medical team from the Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) clinic, as well as colleagues from other specialties such as Speech Therapy and Medical Social Work.​​​​

 

Our Services​​

Hearing Aid Services

  • Hearing Aid Evaluation

    In this session, the Audiologist will explain to you the different types of hearing aids which are suitable for your level of hearing loss. You will also get to try on the hearing aids during the session so you can choose the one which you prefer. The Audiologist will also provide more information on the types of subsidies available for hearing aid purchases.

  • Hearing Aid Fitting

    After the confirmation of order and payment, you will attend this session to learn how to use your newly purchased hearing aids. The Audiologist will also go through with you on the different accessories which come with your hearing aid package.

  • Hearing Aid Follow-up

    This session serves to monitor the progress of hearing aid users. The Audiologist will also be able to adjust the hearing aids if there is any change in hearing levels or feedback which you may have.


Implant Services
  • Implant Evaluation

    People with very poor hearing have the option to go for implants. However, not everyone is suitable to be implanted. This session aims to provide more information about the devices and to determine if you are a suitable candidate for the implant.

  • Implant Follow-up

    This session serves to monitor the progress of implant users. The Audiologist will also be able to adjust the settings of the device based on your needs and concerns.


Tinnitus Management

  • In this session, the Audiologist will go through potential causes of tinnitus, as well as methods to manage tinnitus.
